decided to go to Zeppe's Pizza in North Royalton Ohio first off they told me a half hour for my order for pickup I am okay with this because I enjoy Zeppe's Pizza however when I get there I have to wait an additional 30 minutes for my pizza is not good customer service so I decided to call and ask for manager was put on hold for 5 minutes manager answers the phone very rude and disrespectful using curse words refuses to give me his name says his name is the manager and then after that decides to hang up the phone I called ba... read more
It took 2 hours for delivery, then the pizza was cold and salad warm and 99% only lettuce. Never again!
