I called this facility to receive help for bulimia. It took three phone calls and over a week for them to get back to me. When Deborah Whalen, who is the primary care provider here, called me back she was extremely rude and unprofessional over the phone. Concluding our phone call sarcastically saying “goodluck getting help with that.” I have never experienced anyone that was this rude to someone who was seeking help. I know there aren’t many places in NM to help with eating disorders, but I would NOT recommend this place.
