It's amazing if you read a review from six years ago, it's like zero has changed. One commenter on here said multiple things that I experienced as a zephyr client so "highly don't recommend" would fit perfect here. Management is terrible. Be careful who you choose as a therapist. I respect the people who work in this office, and I think if you're a certain client you could greatly benefit. This is a very poorly run agency, who doesn't seem to care about their clients. One, they lose counselors all the time (I wonder why) after you finally develop a relationship they switch you but when a counselor is not working well with you you can't switch counselors, very hypocritical. Two, they are not requiring masks in an 8-foot by 8-foot room. In fact, the last counselor (Angel Littlefield) I was with did not think a mask was necessary.
