This is a very poorly run agency, who doesn't seem to care about their clients. One, they lose counselors all the time (I wonder why) after you finally develop a relationship they switch you but when a counselor is not working well with you you can't switch counselors, very hypocritical. Two, they are not requiring masks in an 8-foot by 8-foot room. In fact, the last counselor (Angel Littlefield) I was with did not think a mask was necessary. I wish that therapists as great as these ones had competent staff at the front desk. How does a manager not know how to schedule? Who lets a power hungry, energy sucking, and completely rude human be in charge of a mental health office. This management is absolutely terrible, and for someone who tells themselves they just need to get to Tuesday at 1 only to realize they spontaneously canceled or mischeduled an appointment multiple times. tried to find a therapist in my area came across this business who is actually discriminating the receptionist, juliet, put my city that i live as SLUMTOWN. who knows if this trickles into their therapist practice. will be canceling my first appointment and spreading the news.
I usually do not write negative reviews on places but I feel this one is necessary. I recently got referred to Zephyr wellness and made an appointment. We met with one of the counselors and after the first full appointment with my child and also discussing it with our referring doctor, I decided that she was not a good fit for my child and wanted more of a behavioral specialist. We love Shanley! She is amazing at helping us with whatever we need. So is the office staff. This is just a great place!
