This is a very poorly run agency, who doesn't seem to care about their clients. One, they lose counselors all the time (I wonder why) after you finally develop a relationship they switch you but when a counselor is not working well with you you can't switch counselors, very hypocritical. Two, they are not requiring masks in an 8-foot by 8-foot room. In fact, the last counselor (Angel Littlefield) I was with did not think a mask was necessary.
