I contacted customer service by phone on March 02, 2026 at approximately 12:45PM EST. During the call, the representative I spoke with was rude and unprofessional in their tone. My concerns were not handled properly and the interaction did not feel respectful or helpful. I am documenting this experience in case further follow up is needed.
This is the pharmacy that was used by the assisted living facility where my mother lived out her final months. They were overpriced, but I always promptly paid the bills out of my mother's checking account as her Power of Attorney. Her final bill was sent 4 days after she died. I had already lost access to her accounts at that point, so I passed the bill off to the estate lawyer to handle it. Apparently, it must have slipped through the cracks. This pharmacy is by far the best I have ever used. Everyone is so helpful and go above and beyond to help you. I will gladly drive the 30 min to get my prescriptions! Thank you to the Zephyr pharmacy team for all you do! You are very much appreciated!
