Cancelled insurance policy over a month in advance before coverage even began. No update. No refund. Sent out a complaint to BBB.
Pure greed! They jacked up hurricane insurance. It literally cost as much as my home insurance, absolutely makes no sense. Luckily I found an insurer that was 3-4 times less. What's even more unacceptable is the fact that Zephyr took so long to process my cancellation and refund etc.
They just jacked up my 2024 hurricane insurance almost $600/yr. My insurance had never jumped that much! I called. No compassion, no help. I know they have some ways to make it better but they never suggest nothing "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you"

It was an amazing time they were very helpful for me and my family it was something I 100% would do again
