Purchased a Home at Sebring Fl Sept. 2024 did a walk thru with Zephyr employee, she gave me all support and hope for repairs to be completed in 2 weeks.... I had to call her constantly to get an update, finally I got aggressive, and she responded that I need it to call SOS Warranty for repairs, had to start the process again. Noticed builder doesn't use the correct building materials, plus Sebring or Highland County Inspectors doesn't supervise them.
