My experience with Ear to Hear was excellent. Hearing test and Hearing aid fitting exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I highly recommend Ear to Hear to Anyone who may be experiencing some hearing loss and need some direction and help. Thanks to Allison and Janie my hearing is much improved. My family Thanks you too. I can now turn the TV Down.
Truth be told, if I could give zero stars I would. Janie is the absolute rudest! The staff here are completely inflexible. I need to pick up my husband’s records for the VA and very much planned to make that happen earlier in the week. Because their office is only open on Tuesday, Thursday and every other Friday, their availability is limited. Extremely inconvenient being open two days a week is unacceptable. If I would have been told that through the insurance and this company directly that they were only open on Tuesday and Thursdays, I would never have done business with them. The fastest you can get to pick up your hearing aids is two weeks or more because they’re too booked up.in my opinion, a business that wants to succeed and grow if you’re too busy for your current customers to get in on a convenient time, then open your business more days. My mother’s hearing aids were still Under warranty when she lost them at our Thanksgiving gathering. I went to the office and paid $250 for a replacement pair and chatted with Allison, thanking her that my mom would be able to fully enjoy what would be her last family Christmas. I thanked her for doing whatever she could to hurry this along. When 10 days went by without hearing anything, I called. It took several attempts to reach Allison. I was having struggles with my hearing aids that I had had for two years. I went to Ear to Hear and saw Allison and she was very helpful. She helped me solve the problems I was having helped me correct my earbuds and connected my phone to my hearing aids. She is very helpful and understanding.
