Between the bothered staff and sloping floors....nope. 🤷♀️
The location is great (which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1), but customer service is non-existent. We stayed in a 1-bedroom cabin & the fireplace wouldn't work, the living room couches are so worn that you sink down when you sit on them & the cleaning staff neglected to refill the body wash in the shower (it was EMPTY!). We couldn't get anyone to give us a callback to address these issues, despite the fact that there was no one else staying in the cabins (off-season) and we were calling during a day/time when the office... read more
