Ordered room service from the embassy suites 2 out of the 3 nights. First night it took 35 minutes to get a burger and a kids chicken strips at 8 pm. They forgot the ketchup and ranch. The second night ordered it took an hour to get the food, kids pizza, chicken strips, and grilled cheese. Food was cold and they again did not give ketchup or ranch. Went to the bar to get it.
