Ruined a subwoofer that I brought in for a foam replacement. He gave it back to me refoamed,but it also had an extra dust cap on it. I thought it was just a visual addition, but the speaker didn’t sound like it used too. I removed dust cap to find that he had cut a hole in my speaker and added this cap on top. Don’t go here for anything.

I have a pair of Bose 501 speakers that are approximately 45-50 years old & I have always loved them. Recently, 1 of them quit working. I called a couple of repair services and they wanted $80+ just for the diagnostics. I came across the Speaker Doctor & he actually told me a couple of things to try before bringing it to him. Nothing worked, so I knew the speaker was "dead". He charged me $105 for the diagnostics and parts & labor. It sounds just as awesome as ever. Two dust caps deteriorated on a floor speaker of mine. I called the Speaker Doctor, set a time to stop by, and he adhered two new speaker caps in less than 10 minutes and they are as good as new. It took me longer to take my woofers in and out of my speaker cabinet than it did for him to fix them, and all for only $20. This guy is a throwback to times past when electronics could be fixed for a reasonable price. Highly recommended!
