I had Caleb put a new roof on my house and garage. Caleb was very honest about how the crew would address my concerns, gave very good recommendations, and worked fast. They were done way before I thought they would be. I have had no issues with the roof and am confident it will stay that way.

While managing my brothers estate, I had to do repair on his garage roof and siding. Caleb gave me a good estimate bid. He worked hard to stay within that, even though there was additional work to be done. The job was in Edgemont and I live in Rapid City. He stayed in communication with me and sent photos of the work being done and completion. It is wonderful to work with honest people. Thank you very much Caleb . You did great work!

Very fast and very efficient work. All the employees and owner was very respectful and responsible about cleaning up all the work they did. Will be giving them more work later in years

Great contractor. Understanding of the process with dealing with insurance and mortgage companies to get funds released. Fast work. Leaves the site clean of debri. Very happy with this company. One more great thing is his great communication, this contractor actually returns calls and messages throughout the process. A++

I didn’t know work could be completed so quickly! Caleb isn’t just a boss, but he’s a hard worker who works right beside his crew. Seeing Caleb work with his team reassured me that we made the right choice in choosing Zeper Construction to complete siding on my home. Caleb and crew were dependable and easy to work with.
