ZEO Outdoor Living Spaces did an amazing job installing my “pandemic patio”. And just as importantly, they were/are significantly more economic than their competitors. I asked for a simple patio but with Mike’s vision, craftmanship, and expertise I got more than I anticipated. Mike and crew transformed my unsightly mossy mess into a functional enjoyable space. I signed a contract for 42k on a new stone deck. ZEO Owner Mike took 28k of my $$ and a year later the job is still not completed. He spent all my project funds and has admitted to not having the $$ to complete the job. I agreed to buy materials and did so, he still could not be bothered to complete the job. Now I have to go through an attorney to sue this POS and finish the deck on my own. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Zeo just finished installing a patio for us. I am very pleased with the results and have been impressed with the dedication and workmanship of the guys who installed it. This work requires a lot of manual labor and all the guys worked very hard and were excellent at explaining the process of installation and getting our opinion and approval for how it looked. I saw the at the home remodel expo in Tacoma and thought that they would be a great company to do business with, but, they use an automated phone service where you have to leave your information and then they will get back to you at THEIR convenience. Then if you use the web to contact them it is REQUIRED to leave your full name, address, phone number and e-mail. I do not do well with companies that are all about what they need if they want to contact you and not about you as a customer.
