*update Still no one follow up with me. Don't believe what they reply in the review. I lost my retainer and was told to go scan and get new one. While scheduling n waiting for appointment, unfortunately my teeth has already moved. I requested that I only want my previous scan retainer but they keep insisting me to go n scan new one. In the end I went and I didn't expect the doctor to scan the latest moved teeth and gave a retainer based on the current set up.
