Worst company ever. You Pay thousands of dollars, and when you lose your item they charge you upwards of $500 for one pair. Bloody money suckers. Stay away, I repeat stay away and find other companies.

Terrible customer service, slow response then gave me the wrong information after then totally no response in the end.
Used to like their products but my waterflosser is now completely unusable and won’t turn on after just 2 years. Electric toothbrushes also run out of battery very quickly. Messaged them on Facebook and didn’t receive any response. Definitely not buying their products after this.
Zenyum teeth alignment is not as good as braces. I have done braces before Zenyum and braces stabilise the teeth better over a longer period of time for the bones to heal properly around the teeth. I don't feel much teeth movement or pain after the braces treatment is complete. However, the moment I remove Zenyum retainers, I feel pain as my teeth start to shift almost immediately. Go for traditional braces if you have a choice.
