I’ve called and even stopped by a couple of times the operating hours are not what it says online or on the door nor do they answer the phone when you call. I’ve called and left multiple messages just trying to get operating hours.

Went here for the first time after finding a deal on Groupon, and I’m so glad I did. I tried chocolate wax for the first time, and it was truly the most pleasant waxing experience I’ve ever had which says a lot, considering I’ve tried sugar waxing and visited several other wax chains. I’ve officially found my forever wax home.

I had my eyebrows threaded and tinted, and I’m very happy with the results! The place was clean and welcoming. She listened to my concerns, explained the process clearly, and went over the aftercare instructions. My brows came out exactly how I wanted — clean, natural, and beautifully shaped. Definitely recommend!
