Just moved in. Nicholas walked us through all the building ameneties, very professional and accomodating. Very excited to ba part of City Corners family by Zenterra.
Shoddy condos and company. After possession, "Homeowner Care" frequently ignored our emails about deficiencies and questions. Super difficult to deal with. Developer did not provide all the amenities and features that were promised. Would strongly recommend NOT buying from Zenterra. They put all their efforts into pretty advertising but are a COMPLETE nightmare to deal with. Would give zero stars but not an option. (Qualico's Streetside was 100% better in every way as we have bought from them before, too.)
