The new bed is really beautiful. Its exactly what I always wanted.
Very happy with great quality and service.
Had very terrible and frustrating experience with their courier service, Aramex due to the tracking falsely showed “delivery attempted” twice when they have not attempted to call me at all, they wanted to charge me extra fees for redelivery. I have explained the situation to the seller 3 times and also requested a refund - never received any correspondence from them. No customer service and communication. In the end I had to resort to PayPal to get the refund processed.
Sooooo good!! I’ve been buying from Zentai for over 10 years - bought 5 latex mattresses, 3 bed frames, pillows and protectors over that time. I keep coming back as the quality is so good and I know I can trust that they have kept everything as natural as possible in creating their products. It’s one of the only places you can try out a pure latex bed before buying one if you live near Byron Bay. We have been loyal customers of Zentai futon for many years, having purchased at least 5 mattresses from them over the years, all being very comfortable and excellent quality. Unfortunately the mattress we purchased most recently is significantly less comfortable than all the others we have had and feels extremely hard. We’ve persevered with it for a while but it hasn’t softened.
