Sooooo good!! I’ve been buying from Zentai for over 10 years - bought 5 latex mattresses, 3 bed frames, pillows and protectors over that time. I keep coming back as the quality is so good and I know I can trust that they have kept everything as natural as possible in creating their products. It’s one of the only places you can try out a pure latex bed before buying one if you live near Byron Bay. We have been loyal customers of Zentai futon for many years, having purchased at least 5 mattresses from them over the years, all being very comfortable and excellent quality. Unfortunately the mattress we purchased most recently is significantly less comfortable than all the others we have had and feels extremely hard. a barking, growling dog greeted me. maybe the shop assistant resented that this time i only needed a pillow. anyhow, she almost growled as well. very unfriendly, verging on hostile. after having read the reviews here i get it. she couldn't/wouldn't even prevent the dog, who jumped on the barstool in front of the checkout counter, from coming at me & my purchase salivating... urrrrgh.

The woman in the sales room is genuinely so unpleasant... I don't think she realizes it, but she just sounds permanently annoyed. Initially i thought she might just be having a bad day but any time I've interacted with her it's been the same. We came in wanting to buy a mattress and it was if she was trying her best to make us not. It might just be a cultural difference but it's pretty shocking.
