My favorite place in the whole wide world!! I have genuinely found a community in this space! Not only have I made many new friends, but I’ve gotten fit doing it as well!! Everyone is so encouraging and kind. My favs ❤️
I cannot say enough good things about Zen and all of the instructors! This studio has helped me grow physically, mentally, and emotionally. I am so grateful for all of the friendships I have made through Zen. There is no better place to workout!
I’ve been going to Zen Studio for about 4 months and it has quickly become one of my favorite places. This studio has helped me go from being a couch potato to confident. The environment is safe and friendly, I never feel judged or self-conscious. The instructors are beyond encouraging and uplifting. Love this place and the women who have made it feel like home!
UPDATE: I am still at ZenStudio and doing all the things I love, barre, strength, barre bounce, spin and fusion flow. Love all my instructors and classes. Still the best place to workout! I have been a member to ZenStudio since 2013 and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The instructors, classes and management are top notch. Through the years they have expended twice and added bounce, barre bounce, sculpt, fusion flow and yoga.
