Very disappointing experience. The entire session felt awkward and unprofessional from start to finish. I prefer light pressure for massages, but this was so light it felt like nothing at all. The therapist didn’t ask about pressure until about 10 minutes in, and even after I asked for more strength, it barely changed. It honestly didn’t feel like a real RMT massage. I booked a last-minute deep tissue massage at Zenstone Massage Therapy yesterday, and it completely exceeded my expectations, like beyond!! The therapist, Timmie, went truly deep while still keeping the whole experience so peaceful and restorative. I have TMJ, and Timmie even worked on my jaw with a special therapy, I haven’t felt this relaxed in ages, it honestly felt like they put it back into place.
