This is my first time ever leaving a negative review for a business, but unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I can understand the language spoken by the staff. During my visit, I felt that the staff did not treat customers with respect. While I was not satisfied with the service, I still left a 15% tip out of courtesy. I adore this place. They give wonderful feet and back massages. I have taken all my family members there as a gift. I am going back tomorrow and brining my fiancé as a gift.
Great massages and great value. Always seems very clean as well.
