Zein and his son Ali, were above and beyond with their sales and honesty. They made sure they got us the best deal they could through financing, and price of the vehicle and even made price lower to meet our needs and demands. They answered all our yes’s and No’s. I was reluctant at first to go to any dealer because we had a bad experienced with small dealer not to mention the north side area. But my son came across Zen's Auto and did a google reviews and we drove twice around passing it by then we decided to just look around BUT when we were already talking to both of the gentleman. Great place to buy a used car. Ali kept his word and replaced the spoiler after purchasing the car. It is important to Zen Auto sales that their customers are satisfied afterwards. Good old fashioned customer service
