I ordered a fire table patio set in July ($3000), took over 5 weeks to get it. When I finally got it, it is not the table I ordered, there is a dent in it and the fire part does not even work. I have called and emailed approximately a dozen times, with no response. My husband had to tear it apart and buy new parts to make the fire even light.
Ordered furniture in January and still have not received it. Very poor to no communication from salesman as to why there is a delay or whether I can expect delivery. They do not answer their phone or return phone calls from customers. At this rate I’m pretty sure I won’t get my outdoor furniture until the dead of winter, if I get it at all
RecommendedWe got a range of 5 days and someone needed to be available to sign. I had to make several calls to the shipping company to narrow the times down. The product however was definitely worth the trouble! Construction was fairly easy. Helps to have two people to do the table, but the chairs can be done by one person. The quality is great - the chairs are comfortable and we love the size of the table. VERY happy with our purchase!

I’ve been working with this company trying to get a resolution for a broken leg on the couch since early in 2018. I purchased almost $10,000 worth of furniture at 60% off. It arrived and it was a few months before I could unpack it as I was relocating. At that time I noticed a leg broken on the couch and let them know immediately. I purchased almost $10,000 of patio furniture and received it in September. I did buy it 60% off. But still a significant purchase. When I unpacked the furniture in May when I moved into my new home, I discovered the couch has a broken middle leg. I have been trying since at least 1 June to get resolution on this. Not asking for a new cushion set to go with the new couch, just felt like a replacement frame for the three seater couch wasn’t asking too much. Can’t seem to get an answer. @ZenPatio
I gave a deposit at the Visalia Home Show and told it was refundable if I changed my mind. I have since asked for a refund and I was told I would receive it. I have not received anything. I have been calling for a couple of weeks now and have not been able to get through to anyone. I have emailed and sent Facebook messages. Still no answer.
