Kenneth, Jacob, and Tim do a great job for us. The leasing agreement that Zeno has makes managing multiple locations and printers very easy. One of the biggest support costs in IT is managing users and printers. Letting Zeno take care of the printer issues as part of our lease was a no brainer of a decision.
The worst copier supply company that you can contract. They have very bad customer service. Especially if you talk to Nicole.
