I went almost two months ago to get my hair done. Although the cut itself was good, I was not 100% happy with the outcome in the end. I felt although my stylist was friendly and talkative, I didn’t appreciate her not taking what I wanted in consideration. I booked a level 3 appointment with Sonia and I guess she was running behind, so instead of calling me to cancel they stuck me with a stylist who couldn't cut a simple bob. Sonia tried to fix my hair, but at the end of the day it looks terrible and im not sure if I have enough hair left on my head to even have it fixed somewhere else. Shirley did an amazing job on my hair today! My hair feels so much lighter and manageable! She told me about a scalp treatment that helped with any buildup and really made sure that it was worked in. My only grievances are the hovering when asked to review, and the inability to have a smoothly flowing conversation. It made it a bit awkward while having my service done.
