I just brought my kiddo in for a pixie cut, and walked out with a mullet with terrible bangs. The cut took an hour, too. I asked to speak with the manager, who was kind and gracious and tried to salvage the hair. She is why I went for 2 stars and not one. But, even after the second attempt the bad haircut is still apparent. Just in time for Christmas. I will not return for a hair cut and you shouldn’t either.
I went in today to buy a shampoo and the this lady working at the cashier was in a really bad mood, wearing a brown cardigan and blonde hair. Usually the worker is supposed to be kind to the customer, greeting them but this was not the case for this girl. She seemed mad at me for wanting to buy a product. The other workers are always great and helpful but this one girl really needs to smile more.
I am SO annoyed at this location! For selling damaged product. I bought a hair brush identical to my original one, only to discover that the handle is completely bent, deformed, and warped! It is so uncomfortable to hold and completely defeats the purpose of a new one! I could have kept my old brush and saved my money. Photos attached of the new one, and photos of my old one side by side for comparison. You can see how soft and puffy the handle is on my old brush. Nothing like this crooked “new” one. I hate it. Return/exchange policy is a joke. Staff wouldn’t let me even exchange an item that was not compatible with my hair because it was past 10 days. Save your money and get the exact same products at Sephora where the customer service is way better!!
