I would recommend booking with a stylist you know and trust rather than going with the stylist recommended by the receptionist. In my experience, the quality can vary quite a bit. If your preferred stylist isn't available, it's worth waiting and booking with them later to ensure you get the haircut you want.

I got a haircut and my stylist was Firouzeh. It’s the worst haircut I have ever had. I showed her how I like my haircut to be done.So disappointed with the service

I was a little frustrated my hairstyles left for vacation until mid February. I got an unexpected event in a week and I needed to get my hair re-permed but could not find any hairstylist in the downtown Vancouver that could perm short hair. So when I came to this Salon as a walk-in, Arunee took on that challenge & did an amazing job. Not happy with my style this Time. told her to do straight and other stylists always did without asking but she did roughly dry only not even did proper blow dry. Didn’t ask again because I was sad from inside.
