Zennkai Guildford is a great salon, love the place! I always get my hair cuts done there and they always stand out, no complaints! I recently got my highlights done there and Kiara did a wonderful job! She was really patient and did her best to make things look on me. Thanks a lot guys kudos to the team!
This salon is not recommendable , I was planning to do my hair color the women in reception telling me they are not having a men customer how descrimating is there is o review I will rate it. Then I went to chatter they are very accommodating recommended.
I am very impressed with Zennkai Guildford. I've had impeccable service. A while back I had my hair cut by Kiera an impressive hairstylist. Although I brushed my hair before leaving for my appointment, I was shocked when I arrived with a head of hair full of knots! (I have alot of hair and it's down to my waist) I cringed as I was sure Kiera would let me know she is unable to cut my hair and advise me to go home, condition my hair and make another appointment!?!? Staff is very welcoming, girls always have a smiling face when entering the salon. They’re knowledgeable about the products, helped me find the perfect hair care routine for my hair type. Great place to shop!
The products are not good. They are different from what you buy from amazon or sephora. They are Not fake but looks like they are not original and have low quality bottles and cans which is weird. And bad news is that you can’t return them.
