I booked an appt on tuesday Sept 8th for a manicure at Zen Nail Bar in London for Friday Sept 11th at 0930. When I arrived there were 2 ladies waiting, then me, and another came in not long after. They all were received and taken in quickly, no one had come to me to see if I had an appt. I then got up and asked about my appt for 0930 that was booked. Unfortunately my manicure was not top quality. My cuticles were cut back so far at least 5 of my ten fingernail cuticles had bled alittle bit, and now I have very bad hangnails on those fingers around the nail bed.
