Have been unable to work out since a surgery 4 months ago which was 2 months beyond doctor projections. Morning after my first appointment I woke feeling flexible, energetic and ready for a light workout and long walk. I believe it was inflammation causing my recent problems and the treatments helped quickly.

It really works! All staff are great and very professional. Just remember that the results are as good as what effort that you put into it. Follow their recommendations with staying hydrated, exercising, and eating a healthy diet. This is a body contouring process, not a weight loss “program.” I lost weight because of my healthy diet and exercise commitments.

The offices are very nice and the staff is wonderful. They always made me feel very welcome and comfortable. However, I did not notice any change to my weight or my body shape after a full series of red light treatments. Maybe I'm an anomaly, but the treatment was not effective for me.
