The salon itself is average. I went to Melissa with specific pictures of what I wanted. She didn't look at them. She got the color wrong and cut my hair about six inches too short. I haven't cried about my hair since middle school until now. I was so upset. I had to quickly leave the salon so I didn't cry in front of everyone. Very pricey, I recommend going to a stylist that knows how to LISTEN and will give her clients what they want for over a hundred dollars. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING and I most certainly will NOT recommend... read more
