Poor communication, false guarantees, disrespectful ownership. If you have any other option, go with that. You'll regret going with these people. The owner is an angry old white man that acts like he could care a less if he treats his customers with respect. The only bright spot is the mechanic Fernando. His willingness to help and be solution oriented (polar opposite of the owner) was the only reason I allowed them to work on my car to begin with. Anything is better than this place!!!!
Please do not even take your roller skate here for repair. They are phony, no clue on what they are doing. After 02 sensor repair light came back in two days , took back the car he claimed it was catalyst converter that he changed as well with the sensor. Took car to autozone was O2 sensor . This crony charged $65 for diagnostic after his claimed repair.
