One word to sum up my experience: Care Gosh, this office simply cares so clearly, whether it’s your sensory experience walking in or your emotional state during a delicate appointmet. Melissa at the front desk, Miriam getting me started, and Dr. Mary doing my exam all made me feel informed, cared for, and (most importantly) in charge of what I needed. Thank you for creating a safe space as a woman in this field. I’ll be a patient for life
This is by far the most pleasant OB/GYN office I have ever visited. From the warm and welcoming receptionist at the front desk, to the medical assistant, Lucy, and finally Dr. Langenstroer, every interaction was exceptional. My anxiety quickly disappeared, and I felt completely comfortable throughout my visit. All of my concerns were thoughtfully addressed. Thank you, Dr. Langenstroer, and your wonderful team, for providing such outstanding care.
Honestly one of the best drs office experiences I have had. You feel heard and valid and with women’s health that is something extremely important. All the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! It’s a very welcoming environment and if you feel any sort of anxiety related to your health as a woman or femme presenting person they will make sure you feel safe and that anxiety will melt away!
You will not find a more kind and caring gynecology practice in central Florida. I never feel like anything less than a valued individual.
I am literally in tears as I post this. Don't worry- they are tears of joy! Dr Langenstroer is phenomenal. After a scary diagnosis and terrible experiencewith another OB, she took all my fears and anxiety and turned them into knowledge power and confidence. Mary is one of a kind. A Dr who truly cares and is willing to literally move mountains for you and your health is a pretty rare find.
