The sale pitch was good then came the install I found the hired contractor very difficult to deal with wouldn’t listen to what would work for our needs as to location of the inverter to be fitted. If i could give zero stars I would. I had my system installed 8th February 2022 and paid the $5000 upfront rather than going the payment plan option. It is now the 2nd of March 2023 and my system is still not earning me rebates. I have emailed and phoned the company multiple times over the last year to hear nothing back. The only time anyone has heard from the company is when I had Energy Victoria involved who unfortunately aren't able to help me any further. Definitely do not recommend.

Our solar system is tripping the circuit breaker when it rains. My husband has called, emailed and called and can’t get through to anyone.
