This company is a joke they will not answer their phones and give you the run around..you pay them in full and cancel and they will still charge your account...FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
Zenith solar Getting the solar panels was the worst mistake I would really advice people to make sure you benefit from them and that you don't end up paying the loan payment and a light bill From paying 138.00 a month I now pay 209 on a loan and 100 of a light bill And costumer service is no help at all Make sure you Also write down all sales rep info and supervisor info because customer service will refuse to help you or give you that information again 😡

Posting this from Abilene Texas. Zero star review… Zenith/Deca/Lumio installed solar panels on my roof back in January of 2022. It is now JULY 2022 and they have not been turned on. To say I’ve been given the runaround is the understatement of the century. I have been in contact with customer care and am promised that they will come to finish the “MPU” main panel upgrade.
