Two years in a row, we have asked for two double or queen size beds... BOTH times they provided two single beds on both rooms! Not a good place for couples or families. Looking elsewhere now.
Location, location, location! If you're looking for luxury stay, probably not for you as it's a bit dated. But! everything needed for our stay was there and in working order. On-site managers are great - happy to help, happy to chat - just a nice vibe to a place. I'd stay there again.
We ended up getting abused by Mark the on site manager. After booking through Q stays on booking.com we followed all of the check in and parking instructions provided. We came back from dinner on the first night and came across Mark aggressively tapping on the window and pointing his finger in my sons face and after he pulled into the car park. He then proceeds to question the family in a rude and condescending manner and demand we prove we are staying at the apartment. He then has us call the booking office to then complain... read more
