Fantastic location, everything within a few minutes walk, with awesome views of the beach … just tucked away enough not to be hindered by noise from the bars & restaurants. The accommodation was good value compared to others viewed. Some of the decor was a little tired and could do with a refresh, but don’t let that stop you booking, it had everything we needed and we loved our stay!
I would not recommend this stay. Horrible staff members Mark and Paul, arrogant and unhelpful. Mark has no customer service and is a very unprofessional staff. There are cockroaches in the apartment. When asked Paul’s response was “next week there ll be pest control”. No apology, no offer to move us from the apartment. We booked 6 weeks ago and received an apartment on the first floor. They advertise as sea view - please see attached photos. No Seaview.
My wife and I enjoyed our stay (3 nights). Location is awesome, with spectacular ocean views, right across the road from Surfers Paradise Beach and very close (2min walk) to the strip down Cavill Ave. Everyone was friendly and very welcoming, from the moment we checked in, arranged our carpark and up to the day we checked out... The apartment was probably a little bit outdated, but with the views and everything else, we didn't think too much about that... We will definitely be back again soon for sure :)

Very much enjoyed our stay here at Zenith Gold Coast for a bucks weekend. We had an early flight in and arrived a few hours earlier than the check in time of 2pm, the team at the front desk allowed us into our room much earlier than anticipated. This was a great start to the trip away. The view from the room and the facilities were first class. The team were friendly and welcoming allowing us to store our bags on our final day also. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to do the same.
