If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. DO NOT stay here if you do not have a credit card. This hotel completely ruined my sister’s birthday and everyone’s weekend. We drove 3.5 hours with the plan for me to check in early and set up birthday decorations before she arrived later from work. My sister had booked the room and put my name down as the main guest, and I arrived at 2pm with my license and all identification ready. Reception staff were completely and utterly rude and unprofessional made me regret even going to the hotel, definitely wont be staying there again.
