We have known George Digregorio for a long while now and when it came to getting our mortgage, he was our first choice from the start. Zenith helped us with the purchase of our most recent home this year. For as intimidating as home loans can be, Zenith made it a smooth process and kept us informed all along the way. Everything our advisor George told us would happen did, and the entire process ended up being stress free allowing us to enjoy the experience rather than worry about it. We'll certainly use them again in the future when the time comes and we've referred a number of friends there since our purchase.
We bought our home 14 years ago and got our first mortgage with Bob. We have refinanced our home for a better rate, no less than 4 times over the years with Zenith, and have had a positive, smooth experience every single time. They have always treated us like family and are the only people I trust to handle our home loan.
We unfortunately got our initial mortgage through BOA and it was a pretty awful experience. Ever since, George at Zenith has helped with every re-fi and it has been a great experience. Each time, we get the best advice, walk away with a good deal, and the transaction is a breeze. I don't hesitate to send friends & family to him and I will never work with anyone else if I can help it!!
Closed on my first home today . I would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to Paula Schneid who made the process so easy for me being a first time home buyer . She was wonderful to work with and I highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase or refinance their home . She's the best in the business !!
