Arrived fifteen minutes early for a 03:30 am appointment. Drove up to the check in gate, was immediately scolded by the guard and told to go back to the parking lot and then walk the paperwork back up to him. He acted like I was interrupting something or inconveniencing him somehow. I told him I had a three thirty am appointment and he said, yep, and you drove by a bunch of signs they say to park your truck and walk up with a very rude attitude. I arrived here at 9:30 pm on 01/21/2025 The guy that checked me in was extremely rude. Bad attitude, like I was interrupting his night. His understanding of English was very limited. Had to repeat myself 4 times. His lady partner was very mad because we was interrupting her social media and tic tok viewing. These two incompetent employees should be terminated ASAP.

If you have late night delivery/pickup be ready to deal with some attitude. Guy has nasty attitude. Will never come back here again
