Stay away from this place is run by African dr and receptionist with no knowledge there intentions are just to rip you off they got exposed at there old practice in Dandenong now moved to this other location
The receptionist is a wall one has to get past to get a simple query answered. I wanted to know if their Ozone therapy is known to be an effective treatment for the inflammation of tendon on my thumb(De Quirvain Tenosynovitis). Her answer for my repeated queries was that only the doctor can answer that and it will cost $375 to see him. Also, only the doctor can tell me any approximation of the cost of this therapy. This place only cares about money and not the care of there patients. While in a consultation the Doc tells me he will do some in house test I agreed never said anything about cost only to find out after when having to pay for the consultation that I had to pay extra for these test. After receiving Ozone treatment I wasn't feeling well. I waited 1 week after not feeling well i decided to call and let them know only to be told that I had to Make an appt. The receptionist is lovely. The doctor is a tool that tried to charge me for a 30 minute consultation although my results were not in and the consultation was only 15 minutes. Would not recommend.
