Wonderful clinic, with friendly staffs. Well experienced and caring doctor, who is calm and have lot of patience to listen to all your concerns. Has been a fantastic help to great many people. The location is great and not far from Northeast Health Wangaratta. Easy to find parking with additional onsite parking at the rear of the clinic. Relocated to Bentleigh and the clinic still provide great and terrific services.
I will do a rewrite since the reply was so condescendingly rude. Firstly, Patients are human beings and are entitled to respect. Secondly, healthcare between doctor and patient is supposed to be collaborative, meaning that patients have right of input, to agree, to disagree etc. I also came with a ton of tests and examinations that were carried out prior, and some of those tests your doctor did not even know existed let alone what they are for.. like HLA DRDQ. or like Cytokine tests, or the significance of MTHFR mutations on... read more
This doctor was so rude and condescending. It was painful to talk to him. He also asked me if I was Chinese and I'm Filipino, which irrelevant to my cause. The receptionist said the practice was running behind by 15 minutes and I was seen more than 30 minutes after my appointment time. I wouldn't not recommend this place to anyone!! not good experience. went for a consultaion for ozone treatment for cancer. Dr Jobi ask my wife why you have cancer? when ny wife ask him back do you know why? he reply I don't know. do not give fee schedual. charge my wife $450 for half an hour appointment for nothing. not very professional ,just waste of time and money.
It is not often you meet a mind as impressive as Dr Jobi. Very impressed by not only his knowledge, but his approach of finding and correcting the issue at the source, instead of treating the symptom, which is very rare in today’s medical world. The receptionist is also lovely and accommodating. Highly recommend this practice, these unfair reviews below seem to be very negatively biased and financially motivated.
