First class neurologist! Dr Armour is an outstanding and caring physician. I just love the ladies at front desk. My highest recommendation to this office!
I have been a patient of Dr. Armour for about a year now and can only speak to what a positive experience I have had. Appointments have been timely, staff has been pleasant and professional, medication requests, and prior authorizations have been handled. I can't speak to the negative reviews on here, but I would definitely recommend this office based on what I've personally experienced.
Everytime I visit a client is upset in the office. I’ve been given wrong info twice now which lead to missed appointments at my expense. The people at the front desk seem to work against you, generally unhappy to serve you. Overall not a great experience feels unprofessional, lack of proactive processes as well. No longer working with anyone in this building. Look at other recent reviews it’s not just me.
No wonder they are 2.8 stars, they earned it. Worst place ever. We had an appointment date and time. When I went to confirm the day before they said we didn't have an appointment. So we rescheduled, the address on their website was wrong so we called and they said we had 15 min grace period. We got there and had to wait for two people in front of us which put us at 17 minutes late and the canceled our appointment. THEY KNOW THEIR WEBSITE DOESN'T HAVE THE RIGHT ADDRESS TOO. Don't go.
