They were patient with our questions and helped guide us through the process. They were really focused on making sure that we were happy with the product the whole way through. They advertise “flat-rate, affordable pricing” but in reality, the costs skyrocket the moment they arrive. I was quoted $199 over the phone. When the technician got here, he said it would be $950 because of “inspection requirements” and “mandatory maintenance fees.” I was stunned. I asked why none of this was mentioned beforehand, and he just shrugged and said, “That’s how it is.” I didn’t want to send him away after waiting a week for the appointment, so I paid it — worst mistake ever. Wat een nachtmerrie! Ik belde Locksmiths.Amsterdam voor hulp na buitensluiting. Ze beloofden binnen 20 minuten te komen, maar het duurde ruim anderhalf uur. En toen kwam de rekening… meer dan €450 voor nog geen 10 minuten werk. Geen specificatie, geen uitleg. Pure oplichterij!
