Waited 2 months for a first time appointment, was recommended by a friend. I was less than 10 minutes late for my appointment “my fault” when I showed up the front desk employees immediately said that they canceled the appointment and I would have to reschedule if I wanted to be seen. Which was another 2 month wait for the rescheduled date. What’s impressive is the complete lack of basic human communication or compassion from the front desk staff. A friend recommended I give Zenith Health Institute a try so I switched PCPs to Seung Kim, APRN FNP-C. I had been in a downward spiral losing my health and lifestyle to type 2 Diabetes.
