Would wholly recommend Zenith for everyone. Fabulous coaches, pushing you gently. You can come away having done more than what you did the last time, without realising it at the time! Great music and fun too!!🤣
Brilliant gym, staff go above and beyond, lovely atmosphere, would recommend anyone who is nervous to start the gym to go here!
I visited Lesley at Zenith for a Postpartum MOT. My little girl is now 7months and it felt like a good time to have some “me” time and check that I was recovering well from my 2nd pregnancy. I enjoyed a complication free pregnancy and had an enjoyable birth experience, so I was unsure as to whether this would benefit me, but it absolutely did! I had a lovely session with Lesley. Lesley really takes the time to really understand your lifestyle in full, rather than focusing purely on the ailment. I found this really beneficial as through talking through how I've exercised in the past, current levels of activity day to day and procedures I have had done, it painted a fuller picture as to what was going on. I felt safe and supported throughout and came away with a plan to follow. If you have any niggles, I recommend a visit to Lesley.
Brilliant training session and 3D Body Scan at Zenith Fitness Centre. My first time in a gym and from walking through the door staff were Very friendly Nothing was to much bother for them. Showed correct use of equipment and lots of encouragement during the session. Good equipment and a Great family run business.
