Shoutout to Coach Lesley Tuesday evening Lift Club has quickly become the highlight of my week thanks to her! Her skill, knowledge, and motivation are absolutely unmatched. In such a short time, she’s pushed me further than I thought possible – even helping me place 3rd in our in-house competition . If you’re looking for a coach who knows her stuff, pushes you past your limits, and makes training genuinely fun, Lesley is the one. Couldn’t recommend her enough!
I would recommend Zenith to anyone! I’ve been going twice a week for almost a year now and it’s been excellent in every way - the staff and other members are so friendly and encouraging, and every session is different enough to be interesting and motivating. I’ve never managed to keep up any sort of regular fitness training for this long before, so something is working!
Amazing gym. It’s never the same class twice so feels fresh and new ever visit. The instructors are fabulous. They really get to know you and celebrate all your achievements. Never feels competitive and you are never made to feel ‘less’ if you don’t lift as heavy as others. It’s all about personal progress. Would wholly recommend Zenith for everyone. Fabulous coaches, pushing you gently. You can come away having done more than what you did the last time, without realising it at the time! Great music and fun too!!🤣
Brilliant gym, staff go above and beyond, lovely atmosphere, would recommend anyone who is nervous to start the gym to go here!
