I don’t think I’ve ever written a google review for anyone. But Dr Lu deserves a review. Honestly the best GP I’ve ever seen before. She doesn’t rush the appointment like most GP’s and genuinely cares about her patients. She has advocated for me many times, and conducts thorough assessments of my concerns. She actually listens to her patients and takes her job very seriously. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Dr Lu is amazing! So thorough and caring, exactly what you need in a Dr yet so many are not. It is rare to find a Dr who actually listens and hears your concerns. We are extremely lucky to have Dr Wei Lu practising in the mountains. She really is the best Dr I’ve ever seen. I completely trust that she has my best interests in the forefront of her decisions.

So disappointed. Was told she was returning 6th of Jan so I got some tests done for my baby. Found out the information was wrong and not returning till the 13th of Jan. tried for an hour and a half to get through to book and appointment, kept getting “line is busy” went there to book in person and the other business there said she’s been a no show, despite her practise saying returning on the 13th. Absolute joke.
