Absolutely terrible customer service from LG. I’ve been going in circles for days trying to resolve a simple issue. They canceled my service appointment without ever notifying me, and every time I call I’m told someone will call me back — and they never do. To make things worse, the “Presidential Liaison” who apparently tried to handle the situation called me at 7:30 PM on a Saturday night and was incredibly rude and dismissive. One call, lasting 11 minutes, to confirm information on a specific TV I was interested in purchasing and not one question answered. Between the human interaction and the robot chat I made a decision to never buy another LG product. I've purchased LG tv for the last 18 years and never had such 0 rated service. Good bye LG tv
