A new been worn before vintage garmet was taken here to be cleaned. I returned it twice to be stretched out because it shrunk. I was told I would be called and notified when it was ready for pick up. It has been ready for over a month and I didn’t receive any notification. I haven’t even tried it on because I don’t want to be disappointed again. Save your time and money!
They gave our clothes to someone else and then said that we picked them up. They don't give out check tickets. The owner said that the clothes were hanging in our closet at home and that we just don't remember picking them up.
Went to pick up my clothes and was told they didn't have them. Then told they gave them. to someone else last week. The young woman working the counter could not have cared one bit less nor did she offer any remedy. The whole attitude was that I am S O.L. I was told the owner would call me on 8/20...yeah, that didn't happen either. Steer clear of this place. Zenith is the best in town and they support the Military. I have been a customer for many years and they have always taken care of my needs. The Denton Detachment of the Marine Corps League's Detachment colors and flags were badly wrinkled and Jim and Gala (owners) gladly steamed and ironed them to a new looking condition and charged the League nothing. Jim and Gala the Marine Corps League Detachment 1300 salute you ! ! !
