The answer is yes, if we had to do it all over again -- we would use Zenith Design + Build again. My wife and I met with Ben to discuss potentially working with Zenith on our kitchen remodel. While we ultimately decided to go a different direction, we were incredibly impressed with Zenith. Ben was absolutely great to meet with, providing us with tons of useful information and really listening closely to our ideas. You could tell he is passionate about his work and wants to help people create the best spaces they can. If it works out in the future we would love to be able to work with Zenith on different home projects.

I do work for Zenith as a structural engineering consultant. All I can say is that they are truly one of the best in the business. Their organization on the front end is incredible. Two things that set them apart are the use of matterport to get an accurate 3d model of the whole house and their "trade days" that allow all the subcontractors to get accurate estimates for the upcomming project. Definitely give them a call if you are considering a home remodel or addition. Ask for Mark Johnson!
We interviewed several design companies to lift the back dormer of our home to add an office and en suite bathroom.
