We work with Zenith on almost all of our design and construction projects. They are extremely knowledgable, prompt in communication, and thorough in design.
They build houses on wetlands, sell them for a pretty penny, and lie there way through a sale. Bought a brand new house engineered by Nyles, my husband and I had him meet us on the property. He lied about the property line, lied about all the potential our backyard had, we discussed plans of building a pool, detached garage he agreed with all the above… went as far as giving us ideas… all while knowing the back land was “conservation” telling us a “rain garden” would take care of the water… we now have a flooded back yard re... read more
