He effectively communicated pitfalls and solutions in order to meet our budgetary requirements, never sacrificing quality in the end! I would gladly recommend him for any job no matter the size or circumstances. He also worked with the concrete contractor and engineer to make sure more cost effective methods could be employed for footers.
