Great people
This is the absolute WORST organization ever. I have been trying to cancel my account for EIGHT MONTHS! I call and get the run-around - hung up on, transferred to different people, even twice being transferred to a full voicemail and disconnected. I have sent emails that are ignored - 97 emails in an eight month period and not one single reply. I have done everything they have asked of me, yet they still continue to steal my money.
