I have been trying to get an appointment here for two months. Their staff puts you on hold and never comes back. This is ridiculous.
First time I met this doctor he was soooo rude, he came to the hospital and asked a question, when my husband started to tell him what he had asked he VERY RUDLY said "CAN I TALK? CAN I TALK? CAN I TALK? " My husband looked at me and let him talk but he was pushy and rude insisted I do a biopsy and I refused so he ordered blood test told me he could get the results with that instead, I let him do it (the blood work against my better judgement) anyways he DID a teleconference call with me to tell me what I had and said he wou... read more
I would give 0 stars if I could. I haven't tried to get an appointment more than this one due to my health issues. My Dr originally sent the fax to this office on Jan 28, 2026 and again at Feb 06, 2026. I have called multiple times and been placed on hold "until they close", which is over an hour long. My Doctor faxed this office on Jan 28, I contacted them a few days later the last weeks of Feb, and they told me I would have to fax that info from my doctor to them. The Doctor is good but his staff is the worse, as soon as you give them a call they put you on hold for 1 hour. no updates on new requests this is so insane!
ZERO STARS REVIEW Had been trying to obtain an appointment and after 2 1/2 months I was told this doctor does not treat my medical condition . Would or be easier if they ask the first time what’s your diagnostic and then inform you as a patient if this doctor treats or not it ?
