Rude Dr. No empathy shown towards patients.
If I could assign zero stars, I would. Everyone should be aware of the type of physician they are encountering. He may be the rudest, most callous, and pretentious physician I have ever visited. He makes patients feel like a burden and berates them for the questions they ask. I believe someone as pompous as he should not be practicing in this field, especially when dealing with such vulnerable patients with cancer. 15 years I was told I had a few months to live. I'm still here. This doctor is amazing
Dr He is a great doctor but his staff is another story. They place you on hold when called and then leave you on hold for up to 1/2 hour. They say they will call back and never do. I’m so disappointed in some of the staff’s performance which reflexes on the doctor.
Dr He saved my life. I'm sure the people he has saved are in the thousands. The people with petty complaints are in the dozens and we are always motivated to share the negative. To prove how ungrateful we can be, I am in my fifth year in remission and I just now got around to giving him a well deserved review, and only because I read the negative reviews that don't tell the whole story.
