I’ve been seeing Dr. Maqbool for 10+ years and never a bad experience. She’s very compassionate and caring but direct and stern. Unfortunately I called to reschedule an appointment and the rude receptionist totally blowing me off and practically laughing at me saying next appointment is 3 months. I’ve been driving an hour to get to her new office in Troy for years now and decided not to deal with her bitchy/bratty office people ever again. One of the best drs I’ve ever worked with
I was late 10 minutes so i understand i could not be seen but when i tried to reschedule my appointment the 2 ladies in the front office refused to reschedule me so now i have no doctor ?
We have been going to her for several years now and shes great.
I’ve been with Dr Maqbool since I was 17 and she has completely changed my life. I’ve brought my entire circle of local family and friends to her.
