Five stars! The Japanese scalp treatment was soothing and left my hair so shiny.
This sucks, I’ve been trying to book an appointment since July 17th. I started off so flustered due to buying a Groupon that turned out to be a scam. I tried to call multiple times and text and I eventually got an answer. I don’t know how people are supposed to schedule anything with this business when no one answers the phone and text. I just experienced the Japanese Head Spa at Zen Hair with Jocelyn, and it was nothing short of incredible—truly an out-of-body experience. Jocelyn was not only extremely knowledgeable but also wonderfully attentive throughout the entire session. I bought a spa package for a scalp massage on Groupon, but the whole thing turned out to be a scam. When I arrived, not only did the prices not match what I paid online, but the person there had the audacity to tell us to request a refund and tried to negotiate a higher price in person. On top of that, the salon name listed on Groupon was completely fake it’s not even the same business when you show up.
